Neck Pain Treatment
Neck & shoulder pain is another problem that is prevalent amongst individuals in the current scenario. Turning your head and constant neck movement is likely to worsen the pain over time. Some of the symptoms associated with the various forms of chronic neck pain include:
- Difficulty swallowing

Some of the other symptoms of severe chronic neck pain include facial pain, numbness in the arm, tingling sensation (upper extremity paresthesias). Similar to the pain in the back, chronic neck pain is a result of the nerves getting pinched. In addition, it is important to understand that in some cases chronic neck pain can also induce pain in the lower or the upper back. One of the most common conditions is ankylosing spondylosis in which there is an inflammation of the spine.
